Available Opportunities

After School Instructor
Heritage Works is looking for innovative instructors to join our talented dance, song and rhythm teams. Instructors are needed for our after-school and summer programs. If you enjoy working with youth and have experience teaching African dance, song or drumming, please fax your resume and three references to: (313) 237-8000. Advanced dance or music students are encouraged to apply. Bachelors Degree or successful matriculation in a program specified above, police clearance, TB test, and sexual offenders clearance are required.

Summer Intern
Heritage Works is seeking enthusiastic, hardworking performing arts interns (i.e. dancers, drummers). Candidate should be interested in performing and performance training as well as arts administration, program planning, and events management. Days required: Monday-Thursday 9:30pm-4:30pm.
